"O rejuvenating waters, rain down on the land and soothe our wounds!"
A huge rain cloud forms and rain begins to lightly fall, healing wounds and cleansing conditions.
A storm cloud appears in the shape of a Cylinder that is 10m tall with a 20m radius, centred on a point that you can see within range that is 100m directly above the ground when you begin casting this spell.
All allied creatures under the cloud which do not have more than half cover from the falling rain receive the following benefits at the end of their turn, depending on how many rounds they have remained in the rain. The benefits are cumulative (i.e. a creature that has stayed in the rain for at least 3 rounds gain the benefits of Round 1, 2, and 3).
All flames in the area are doused and the area becomes Lightly Obscured.
